Position: Guest Service Representative (GSR)
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0 years of experience (Fresh graduates only).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to efficiently handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
Basic proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
