Position: Junior Graphics Designer
Frontieri Consult is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphics Designer to support the visual communication needs of the organization. In this role, you will contribute to both digital and print design projects and help establish and strengthen visual brand identity for Frontieri and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual designs for internal and client-facing communications across digital and print media
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver branded content that aligns with project goals
- Design marketing materials, reports, infographics, presentations, and web assets
- Manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Apply feedback constructively and maintain a consistent visual standard across all outputs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a graphics design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Figma or Canva is a plus
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, and composition
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and design capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of social media assets and digital marketing trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
