Position Summary
We are seeking a Junior Customer Service Officer & Cashier who is passionate about quality service, customer care, and operational accuracy. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in the lab services and food safety sector.
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a closely related field
- No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

- Understanding of national/international conformity assessment standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues amicably
- Analytical and decision-making skills
- High level of commitment and personal integrity
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, register, and forward customer samples for laboratory testing
- Monitor the status of customer orders and follow up on delays or complaints
- Issue test results, inspection reports, and certifications professionally
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments
- Promote company services to existing and potential clients
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical inputs
- Handle customer payments and issue official company receipts
- Submit accurate periodic reports and participate in staff training programs
