Position Overview: Junior Accountant
Shining Stone International Business Plc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support its finance and accounting operations. The position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and organizational financial management, particularly within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in financial documentation.
Educational Qualification
- MSc or BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or other related fields of study
Work Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Technical Competencies and Skills
- Basic experience or exposure to managing financial records of business organizations, preferably in the construction industry
- Professional certifications in IFRS, Peachtree Accounting, and Tax Accounting are an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting and financial software
- Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
