Position: Assistant Office Manager
The Assistant Office Manager will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day management of office functions. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to begin a career in business administration, office management, or related fields.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the department, handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring confidentiality of all records.
- Manage internal and external communications with vendors, clients, banks, and partner departments.
- Provide administrative support to management and assist in daily office operations.
