Position: Project Management / Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome (0 years of experience required)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent service and support to clients
- Maintain professional verbal and written communication
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) efficiently
- Exhibit strong soft skills to interact effectively with clients
Project Management
- Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders
- Apply both soft skills and technical skills to ensure project success
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen interest in customer service and project management
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and contribute effectively in a team environment
