About International Clinical Laboratories
International Clinical Laboratories (ICL), a partner of Cerba Lancet Africa, is one of the largest independent clinical diagnostic centers in Africa.
ICL is the only laboratory in Ethiopia accredited by the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI) five consecutive times. The laboratory provides a world-class clinical environment and offers more than 300 advanced diagnostic tests.

Position 1: Specimen Collection Technician
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with 0 years of work experience and a renewed professional license.
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician with 2 years of work experience and a renewed professional license.
Required Skills
- Competent phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to use positive and professional language when communicating with clients.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and commitment to self-development.
- Proficiency in Amharic and English, as well as other local languages.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Client Service Representative
Qualifications and Experience
- BSc in a health-related field, preferably Medical Laboratory.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Required Skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Receptionist/Clerk
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Health Science or Accounting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Amharic, English, and other local languages.
- Proven experience in customer communication and handling.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception-related role.

- More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
Required Skills
- Computer literacy and basic office software skills.
- Competent phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to use positive language when communicating.
