As ICL continues to expand its service excellence, we are looking for a qualified HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Addis Ababa.
Position: HR Officer – Human Resources Department
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting and staffing logistics
- Maintain employee performance management and improvement systems
- Facilitate orientation, onboarding, training, and employee records
- Provide administrative support in compensation and benefits processing
- Maintain employee files (physical and electronic) and HR filing systems
- Support employee relations, communication, and workplace coordination
- Handle employee terminations and performance review preparation
- Assist with scheduling interviews and HR meetings
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the HR Director
Minimum Qualifications
- BA degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, admin, or related functions
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labor laws and HR compliance practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software (HRIS/HRMS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
