The InterMaths Erasmus Mundus Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded Joint Master’s program that allows students to study across multiple European countries, gain international exposure, and earn a double degree recognized worldwide.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree (180 ECTS) in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong mathematics background
  • English proficiency: B2 level (IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL iBT ≥ 80, PTE ≥ 56)
    • IELTS/TOEFL not required if prior education was in English (university letter required)
  • Final-year students can apply if they graduate before program start (usually by August)

How to Apply

Register on the official application portal (PICA/Cineca)

  1. Complete the online application form with personal and educational information
  2. Upload required documents in PDF format:
    • CV/Resume (Europass format)
    • Passport or valid ID
    • Academic transcripts (Bachelor’s degree)
    • English proficiency proof or university letter
    • Two academic reference letters (email addresses provided for professors to submit directly)
    • Motivation letter (1 page)
    • Math course file (template available on program website)
  3. Submit the application and download the generated PDF, sign it, and re-upload to finalize
  4. Confirm receipt via email
