Position 1: Graphics Designer
Educational Qualification (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field
Work Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, animation, and creative problem-solving skills
Additional Advantages
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience in both print and digital media

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Reporter
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Economics, Business, or related fields is an advantage
- Strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong passion for journalism and investigative reporting
- Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Key Responsibilities
- Research, investigate, and write news, feature stories, and analytical articles
- Produce at least five originally sourced news stories per week
- Understand Ethiopia’s economic and business environment
- Communicate closely with editors and respond constructively to feedback
