Position: Junior Booking Agent
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and smartphone usage.
- Good data entry and typing speed (25–35 WPM recommended).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and platform promptly and professionally.
- Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the company’s reservation system.
- Provide accurate service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Log customer calls and interactions into the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
Work Location:
Applicants must be residing in or near the following areas of Addis Ababa:
- Denbel, Hayahulet, Megenagna (24 Kebele), Welo Sefer, Agona, Kera, Gofa, Addisu Gebeya, Mexico, Lideta, Shola Megenagna, Ferencay, Lamberet, Bole.
