Position: Junior Booking Agent
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for customer ride bookings
- Ensure accurate entry of booking details into the system
- Provide professional customer service and resolve ride-related inquiries
- Work closely with the dispatch and support teams to ensure efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and bookings
- Uphold high standards in communication and customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Management, or Public Administration
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (customer service, call center, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calls and fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work on a rotational shift system (3 shifts covering 24 hours)
Work Schedule:
This position requires rotational shifts to maintain 24/7 service. Applicants must be flexible and available for different shift hours including nights and weekends.
