Position 1: e-Tutor (Second Round Call)
Job Description:
Teach or tutor students (Grades 1–12) remotely in the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- English
- History
- Geography
Qualifications:
Education:
- College/TVET Diploma (for lower grade levels)
- Bachelor’s degree or above (for upper grade levels)
Experience:
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with online platforms and basic computer applications
- Empathetic, student-centered approach
Job Type: Part-time (Remote)
Working Hours: 6 hours per week
Compensation: ETB 8,400 – 13,200/month
Position 2: e-Exam Preparation Specialist
Target Exams:
- Grade 6, Grade 8, Grade 12, and University Exit Exams
Qualifications:
Education:
- TVET/College Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. depending on subject level
Experience:
- 10+ years of teaching experience
- Experience in preparing regional/national exams preferred
Skills & Requirements:
- Effective communication and computer literacy
- Passion for student development
- Personal computer and stable internet connection required
Job Type: Part-time (Remote)
Working Hours: 6 hours per week
Compensation: ETB 3,300 – 7,650/month
Responsibilities:
- Design exam-focused lesson plans
- Prepare students for high-stakes tests
- Track performance and provide feedback
- Engage with students and guardians
- Create a supportive online learning environment
