Position Summary: Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, promoting hotel services, and achieving sales targets through direct sales and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2+ years work experience in hotel operations or sales-related positions
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct sales calls with clear objectives
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- Conduct competitor research and maintain strong product knowledge
- Call on allocated accounts and report findings to management
- Follow up on sales leads and identify prospects
- Promote hotel services through direct sales and communication
- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities
- Organize hotel inspections and entertain clients when required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operational departments to meet guest expectations
- Prepare and distribute Event Orders on time
- Support Sales Managers when required
