Position: Sales Executive – PV Systems / High Voltage Power Equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PV and high-voltage power markets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assess client requirements and provide tailored energy solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, regulations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on project specifications.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Represent Huawei at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in PV systems or high-voltage power equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar energy solutions and high-voltage systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Attributes
- Existing professional network in the energy or utility sectors.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
