Open Positions
1. Operator (Packaging) – Sebeta
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Electricity/Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting.
2. Driver – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Completed 10/12th Grade and holds a valid automobile driving license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience driving for a company leadership team.
3. Area Sales Manager (Castel Winery) – Addis Ababa, Mekelle, Hawassa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–6 years of progressive professional experience in managing field sales operations in an FMCG organization.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising a sales team.
4. Financial Planning & Business Control Manager – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- Professional certification preferred: CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on professional experience in audit and accounting (at least 5 years in a managerial role).
