Position 1: Account Fulfillment Responsible
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service satisfaction and ensure project delivery meets client expectations
- Serve as a liaison between customer operations and Huawei teams
- Monitor progress and ensure on-time and quality delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0 years of experience
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of customer service satisfaction management
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
Position 2: CCTV Solution Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and propose video surveillance and conferencing solutions
- Understand customer needs and translate them into technical proposals
- Develop quotations and system configurations based on requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and support technical pre-sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in video surveillance & conferencing systems
- Familiarity with industry-leading IVS and video conferencing vendors
- Strong knowledge of the Ethiopian surveillance market
- English proficiency required; Ethiopian nationals preferred

- Clear and persuasive communicator
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Target-driven and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and adaptable under pressure
