Position: HSE Inspector

Key Responsibilities

Develop and update Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plans in coordination with site leadership

Investigate and document accidents and incidents promptly
-
Ensure compliance with national safety laws and new regulatory updates
-
Deliver HSE awareness training and ensure staff adherence to safety practices
-
Conduct routine site inspections and identify areas for improvement
-
Support the HSE Manager in enforcing compliance across contractors and project teams
Job Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
Experience:
-
No prior experience required – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Key Skills & Attributes:
-
Basic understanding of HSE procedures and safety systems
-
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and relevant legislation
-
Strong computer literacy and reporting ability
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Willingness to relocate anywhere in Ethiopia based on project needs
