Position: EHS Junior Executive (Environmental Health & Safety)

Key Responsibilities
As an EHS Junior Executive, you will:

Maintain and implement the company’s EHS Management System

Develop and ensure availability of safety instructions and signage
-
Conduct regular internal audits for legal, buyer, and international compliance
-
Report nonconformities, coordinate corrective actions, and improve systems
-
Investigate and document accidents, ensuring timely implementation of improvements
-
Conduct monthly EHS committee meetings and resolve departmental safety issues
-
Organize and record fire drills, risk assessments, and daily inspections
-
Lead EHS training sessions and maintain thorough documentation
-
Perform PPE analysis, distribution, and control
-
Manage environmental impact assessments and waste management systems
-
Ensure compliance with CMS and buyer RSL requirements
-
Support external audits and contribute to minimizing audit hit rates
Required Qualifications & Skills

BA Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
-
Relevant experience in EHS operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
-
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational ability
-
Familiarity with international compliance standards and audit processes
