1. Cost Controller
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Work Experience
- At least 4 years of experience as a Cost Controller in the hotel or a similar industry.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, earned value management, and inventory valuation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to recommend practical solutions to reduce financial waste.
- Ability to address unauthorized spending and enforce budget policies professionally and confidently.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, including the ability to explain financial findings to technical and operational teams.

2. Cashier Accountant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in cashiering, cash handling, basic bookkeeping, or junior accounting.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, debit and credit principles, and cash management procedures.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash balancing and reconciliation.
- Ability to handle high daily transaction volumes without compromising accuracy.
- Professional and courteous communication when handling customer payments.

3. Senior Accountant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience
- At least 6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in the hotel industry or import and export sectors is required.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Senior Architect
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Architecture.
- Registration or a licensed architect qualification is an advantage.
Work Experience
- At least 10 years of progressive professional experience.
- Experience in real estate development and high-rise apartment projects is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and MicroStation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities during construction.

5. Wellness Director
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sports Science, Physical Education, Wellness Management, or a related field.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage.
Work Experience
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in spa, gym, fitness, wellness, or hospitality management.
- At least 4 years in a managerial role overseeing teams or departmental operations.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of spa services, gym operations, customer care, staff supervision, and business performance management.
- Experience in budgeting, revenue generation, inventory control, and operational reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and operational reporting tools.
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
