Minimum Qualification

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Business Administration
  • Management
  • Other related fields

Experience Requirement

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of sales experience are also eligible.

Key Responsibilities

The Trainee Sales Officer will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new customers and sales opportunities for Bajaj three-wheelers.
• Conducting regular field visits to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Presenting and explaining Bajaj three-wheeler products, features, benefits, prices, and available financing options to customers.
• Following up with prospective customers through phone calls, visits, and other appropriate communication channels.
• Converting qualified leads into sales and contributing to monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer information, leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Performing other sales-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
