JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Trainer Barista
Education :- Level II or III in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Preparation (culinary) and in other similar disciplines.
Experience :- No work experience is required for the position.
➠ Candidate who resides in Haile Garment, Lafto and in other nearby areas are preferred for the position.
➠ Willing to learn
➠ Excellent communication skills.

The role of Trainee Barista is a learning role in which the job holder will learn the rope of making hot/cold beverages and closely aid senior professionals in running the Corporate café.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
➠ Receive customer orders.
➠ Provide necessary assistance in preparing hot and cold beverages.
➠ Assist in collection of cash and payments from customers.
➠ Assist in procurement of materials required for the café.
➠ Support in management of stock materials, supplies and working equipment’s.
➠ Ensure cleanness of working area, equipment’s and utensils.
➠ Perform in other duties per instruction of line manager.
