Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- IFB training certification is advantageous

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 4: Branch Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of banking operations experience
- IFB training certification is advantageous
Work Conditions

Position 5: Manager, Management Information System (MIS)
Requirements
- BSc Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role in IT/IS operations
- IFB training certification is advantageous
