1. Customer Service Supervisor
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 4 years banking experience
- IFB training/knowledge is an advantage
Duty Station: Kombolcha
2. Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 3 years banking experience
- IFB training certification is advantageous
Duty Station: Gololcha
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 4 years experience in Banking Operations
- Knowledge of IFB is an advantage
Duty Station: Gololcha
4. Branch Manager
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 6 years of banking operations experience
- IFB training certification is advantageous
Duty Station: Gololcha
5. Senior Network Administrator
Qualification:
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Experience:
- 3 years for MSc holders
- 4 years for BSc holders (2 years in a related position)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
6. Manager, IT Projects Management
Qualification:
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Experience:
- 6 years for MSc holders
- 8 years for BSc holders
- 3–4 years in a supervisory role
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
7. Manager, IS Application Management
Qualification:
- MSc or BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Experience:
- 8 years for MSc holders
- 10 years for BSc holders
- 4 years in a managerial position
- ITIL certification is advantageous
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Additional Note:
- IFB (Interest-Free Banking) training is advantageous for all positions.
