Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years banking experience
- IFB Training Certification is advantageous

Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience
- Minimum of 4 years banking operations experience
- Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Minimum of 6 years banking operations experience
- IFB Training Certification is advantageous

Additional Requirements
- Training in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is considered an advantage for all positions.
- Strong customer service and banking operations experience is preferred.
