Position: Graduate Trainee
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related business fields.
Experience:
- No prior experience required (Fresh graduates are encouraged).
Other Requirements:
- Year of graduation: 2024 or 2025.
- CGPA: 2.75 and above for males, 2.5 and above for females.
- National Exit Exam: 50 and above or pass.
- Age: 27 years and below.
- Knowledge of the local area and language of the branch you are applying for is advantageous.
- IFB (Interest‑Free Banking) Training Certification is an added advantage.

- Central District (Wolkite, Werabe, Butajira, and surrounding areas)
- Central East District (Adama, Asella, Arsi Robe, and surrounding areas)
- North West District (Bahir Dar, Gonder, Motta, Bichena, Benishangul, and surrounding areas)
- North District (Mekelle, Shire, Alamata, and surrounding areas)
- North East District (Dessie, Kombolcha, Logia, and surrounding areas)
- South East District (Shashamane, Bale, Halaba, Dilla, Hawassa, and surrounding areas)
- South West District (Jimma, Tepi, Gambela, Wollega, and surrounding areas)
- East District (Dire Dawa, Harar, Jigjiga, and surrounding areas)
