AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Procurement & Contract Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years in procurement; IFB certification is advantageous
- Duty Station: Head Office
2. Retail CRM Officer
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- Master’s: 3 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s: 4 years relevant experience (at least 2 years in CRM & Financing Appraisal)
- IFB Certification: Mandatory
- Duty Station: Head Office
3. Corporate CRM Officer
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience:
- Master’s: 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s: 6 years relevant experience (at least 2 years in CRM & Senior Financing Appraisal)
- IFB Certification: Mandatory
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
4. Branch Manager (Main Branch)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 8 years in banking operations; IFB training certification is advantageous
- Duty Station: Head Office Branch
