Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Accounting
- Management
- Economics
- No prior work experience is required.
- Previous banking experience is an advantage.
- Applicants must have a CGPA of 3.25 or above.
- Must be a graduate of 2026 G.C. / 2018 E.C. or a recent graduate.
- Must have PASS status on the exit examination.
- Must be below 26 years of age.
- Candidates should be able to provide a copy of their 8th-grade certificate and Kebele ID when requested.
- Applicants should be prepared to take a competency test.
