Qualification
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Management
Experience
Applicants must have:
- 3 years as Human Capital Officer II or equivalent, or 6 years of relevant banking experience
- OR
- 2 years as Senior Human Capital Officer or equivalent, or 7 years of relevant banking experience

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management or Accounting
Experience
- 2 years as Manager Grade D Branch or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant banking experience

- Furi Branch (West Addis Ababa District)
Position 3: Head, Non Funded Financing Portfolio Section
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management or Accounting
Experience
- 4 years as Senior Non Funded Business Officer or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant banking experience

Position 4: Head, Building Maintenance Section
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology Management, or related fields
Experience
Applicants must have:
- 4 years as Senior Building Maintenance Engineer or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant banking experience
- OR
- 2 years as Head, Building Maintenance Section or equivalent, or 10 years of relevant banking experience

Position 5: Manager, Management Information System Division
Qualification
- MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (IS), or related fields
Experience
For MSc Holders
- 2 years as Head, Management Information System Section or equivalent, or 7 years of relevant banking experience

- 3 years as Head, Management Information System Section or equivalent, or 11 years of relevant banking experience
