Henosis Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd (HSACCO) is a legally registered cooperative operating under the Cooperative Bureau of Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City.
The organization aims to become one of Ethiopia’s leading SACCOs by 2030 through strong saving mobilization, accessible credit services, and member-focused financial solutions.
To support its growth, Henosis SACCO is launching a one-month Internship-to-Hire Training Program that combines classroom learning with practical field experience.
Position: Internship-to-Hire Training Program
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Certificate in any course or program, OR
- BA Degree in any Social Science or Natural Science field, OR
- Diploma in any Social Science or Natural Science field
Additional Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and member engagement
- Good discipline, confidence, and teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under targets and field conditions
- Computer proficiency is an advantage
Areas of Training
Participants will receive training in:
- SACCO Foundations & Professional Mindset
- Member Relations & Communication Skills
- Saving Mobilization & Sales Techniques
- Operations and Reporting
- Performance Evaluation
Employment Opportunity
Trainees who successfully complete the training program and pass all assessments and performance evaluations will be considered for permanent employment opportunities within Henosis SACCO.
Key Responsibilities During and After Training
- Build strong relationships with SACCO members and prospective clients
- Mobilize savings and promote SACCO products and services
- Conduct field outreach and awareness campaigns
- Support member registration and account opening processes
- Maintain professional communication with members
- Prepare daily and weekly mobilization reports
- Participate in financial literacy and promotional activities
- Contribute to member satisfaction and organizational growth
