POSITION: SALES INTERN
Work Experience
Applicants should meet the following experience criteria:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in reporting, commercial operations, sales operations, or data analysis.
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), beverage, or distribution industry is an advantage but is not mandatory.
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should demonstrate the following technical skills:
- Microsoft Excel: Strong skills in PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, filtering, and data cleaning.
- Reporting: Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Data Analysis: Experience reconciling data and tracking operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Power BI: Experience with Power BI or dashboard development is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Sales Intern will provide administrative, data, and market support to the Sales team to help ensure smooth daily operations and accurate reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales data management, cleaning, and validation.
- Preparing sales reports and presentations.
- Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation.
- Reconciling data and monitoring operational KPIs.
- Supporting the coordination of market-related activities.
- Assisting the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinating with regional teams and internal stakeholders as needed.
