AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Position 1: Packaging Operator
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
Experience and Skills
- 0–2 years of work experience
- Experience in beverage manufacturing or logistics operations is advantageous
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment efficiently and safely
- Execute process and product-related activities according to quality standards
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Minimize production losses and downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines

Position 2: OTC Administrator
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
Experience and Skills
- More than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Understanding of taxation and financial regulations
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Position 3: Key Account Sales Executive
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in any field
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in an FMCG company
- Experience managing key accounts is advantageous
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Heineken’s premium beer portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Increase market penetration and sales performance
- Improve product visibility and outlet execution
- Implement effective sales and promotional strategies
