Position: Call Center Agent
We are looking for motivated, customer-focused female candidates to join our call center team. This role involves managing customer inquiries and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
- Level IV Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call center software
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge for accurate customer support
- Ensure service quality standards are consistently met
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
