Available Positions
1. Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements from clients and merchants.
- Conduct market and user behavior analysis to support product decisions.
- Translate business needs into clear product features for engineering teams.
- Maintain product documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to enhance product design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with market analysis and requirement gathering is an advantage.
2. Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct job analysis and prepare accurate job descriptions.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop and implement employee manuals and HR policies.
- Align HR strategies with company goals in collaboration with senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
3. System Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and optimize the company’s internal software systems.
- Provide training and technical support to staff across the company and its sister firms.
- Monitor system performance and generate detailed reports.
- Act as the key technical contact for software implementation and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong technical background in system administration and software deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with enterprise software systems is an advantage.
