Open Positions
Position 1: Accountant
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Taxation, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of directly related work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial decision-making by implementing accounting and reporting systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with financial standards and regulatory requirements.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: ERP Specialist
Education:
BSc/MSc Degree in Risk Management, Project Management, Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
2 years (for BSc) or 0 years (for MSc) of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and ensure data integrity within ERP platforms.
- Assist in system upgrades, user training, and data migration activities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Cost Accountant
Education:
BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in cost accounting or related roles.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cost accounting principles (Standard Costing) and IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, especially NAV 365, and advanced MS Excel abilities.
- Attributes: Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork.
