JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Brew House Operator
➠ Education : B.S.C in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related fields
➠ Experience : 2 years relevant experience.
➠ Experience in the brewing industry is a must.
Result areas responsibilities
➠ Take measurements and conduct standardized tests on beer/wort to ensure compliance with quality standards; factors such as Gravity and PH
➠ Execute and monitor brewing process and adjust equipment as required
➠ Operate software and hardware as per SOP
➠ Communicate SBM when every there is a problem/fault in the process on time
➠ Prepare ingredients for brewing processing
➠ Organize and track brewing materials
➠ Ensure all brewing process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives
➠ Check and execute optimization of process.
➠ Advise on simplifying process operation.
➠ Location : Dibre Berhan
Position 2 : Shift Brewing Manager
➠ Education :B.Sc. Degree in Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering or related fields.
➠Experience : with 4 years relevant experience in the brewing industry; Or should pass 2 years in BHSC’s Management Trainee’s program
Result areas responsibilities
➠ Prepare ingredients for brewing processing
➠ Monitor the brewing processes and adjust equipment as required
➠ Monitor the filtration and fermentation processes and adjust equipment as required
➠ Immodestly respond to any deviation and supervise others task.
➠ Maintain the cleanness of equipment and utensils to ensure quality standards are met
➠ Make sure operators take measurements and conduct standardized tests on beer/wort to ensure compliance with quality standards; factors such as Gravity and pH
➠ Organize and track brewing materials
➠ Ensure all brewing process is going in safe, efficient and effective manner to attain brewery’s goals and objectives
➠ Check and execute optimization of process.
➠ Advise on simplifying process operation.
➠ Involve on commissioning activities.
