JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Talent & Development Specialist
Skills, Experience & Education
➠ First Degree in Human Resources, Management or related field of studies with at least 5 years relevant work experience in Human Resource Management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Drives the implementation of the development infrastructure, in anticipation of need, including career paths, capability frameworks, competency definition, curricula design, critical learning interventions and systems.
➠ Develops and manages relationships with external partners in country, such as educational institutions.
➠ Supports the alignment of Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks and tools, as appropriate.
➠ Implements and reviews effective Learning and Development metrics, to drive and support business performance.
➠ Provides regular feedback of training material quality, effectiveness and data integrity
➠ Supports the on-the-ground implementation, entrenchment and monitoring of CAP processes, guides, progress and gaps.
➠ Evaluates the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including ROI on interventions in country.
➠ Provides Learning and Development support in line with business needs.

Position 2: Quality Controller
Skills, Experience & Education
➠ First Degree in Chemistry/Chemical/ Food Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
➠ Control Quality in On-site produced preforms & closures– sampling and testing according to incoming inspection protocols.
➠ Control Quality in Blown bottles– sampling and testing according to incoming inspection protocols.
Control quality in syrup making – sampling and testing is done according to required sampling methods and testing protocols (for simple syrup and final syrup)
➠ Decisions are made, recorded, and communicated to the relevant personnel, regarding the release of simple and final syrup.
➠ Control Quality in Water Treatment – sampling and testing are done according to required sampling methods and testing protocols.
➠ Consumable stock is to be rotated to ensure use within the required date.
➠ GLP and GMP requirements are interpreted and applied in the laboratory, test environment as well as the respective production environment.
➠ Maintain Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards.
