Open Positions
Position 1: Guest Service Agent (Receptionist)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check-in, and check-out guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Enhance guest satisfaction and maximize room revenue through proactive service
Qualifications:
- BA degree in Hotel/Tourism Management or related social science fields
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: General Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all hotel equipment in working condition
- Address maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all repairs meet operational safety standards
Qualifications:
- Level IV certificate or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Maintenance, or a related field
- Technical experience in hotel or building maintenance is a plus
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Engineering Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and hotel engineering functions
- Supervise technical staff and ensure timely repair work
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure equipment efficiency
Qualifications:
- Level IV or higher in General Maintenance or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Relevant supervisory experience in hotel engineering preferred
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Bartender
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to guests
- Provide recommendations and maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensure bar cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Level IV or above in Hotel Operations, Tourism Management, or Bar Service
- Technical training in bartending or mixology preferred
- Previous hospitality/bar experience an asset
