Position: Graduate Trainee Program
This Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within Milk and Honey. Successful candidates will undergo a rotational training program across multiple departments including:
- Finance
- Marketing
- Sales
- Human Resources
- M&A / Legal
- Supply & Logistics
- General Services
- Facility & Property Management
The goal is to equip trainees with broad organizational knowledge, strong business acumen, and leadership skills that prepare them for permanent positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience
- Understand company operations, policies, and strategic goals
- Meet SMART objectives set by senior leadership
- Support cross-functional teams with reporting, planning, and presentations
- Attend regular evaluations and training sessions
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Observe and learn from experienced team members and managers
- Achieve a passing evaluation score across all assigned rotations
