Position 1: Customer Service Officer – IFB
Duty Stations: Adama, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga, Addis Ababa, and Jimma branches.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of work experience in banking operations.
- Experience in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer III
