About Goh Betoch Bank S.C
Goh Betoch Bank S.C is Ethiopia’s first private mortgage bank, officially inaugurated on October 25. The Bank was established with over 6,600 shareholders and secured its banking license after raising more than 500 million birr in paid-up capital from a subscribed 1.2 billion birr. Goh Betoch Bank opened its first branch on Africa Avenue, Zimbabwe Street, in Abderuf Building near the Japan Embassy.
As part of its expansion, the Bank is inviting qualified and motivated applicants for the following positions.

1. Graduate Trainee
Education & Requirements:
Minimum BA Degree in:
Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.
Zero year experience required.
Eligibility:
Only 2025 G.C graduates
CGPA 3.5 and above
Must have passed the national exit exam
Location: Jigjiga Branch, Mizan Aman Branch

2. Junior Cyber Security Officer – Head Office
Education:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science.
Experience:
2 years of experience in IT security.
Advantage:
Ethical hacking certifications.
Salary: Attractive, per Bank scale
3. Digital Banking Officer I – Head Office
Education:
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or any business-related field.
Experience:
3 years of relevant work experience in digital banking or related functions.
Salary: Attractive, per Bank scale
4. Customer Service Officer III
Education:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
6 years in banking operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Salary: Attractive, per Bank scale
5. Senior Cyber Security Officer – Head Office
Education:
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science.
Experience:
5 years in IT security.
Advantage:
Ethical hacking and related certifications.
Salary: Attractive, per Bank scale
6. Branch Manager – Jigjiga Branch
Education:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
6 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
