1. Warehouse Management Officer II
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Duty Station: Head Office
2. Manager – Research, Planning and Monitoring
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Duty Station: Head Office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse & Operations
- Manage inventory and warehouse systems
- Ensure proper storage and tracking of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records
Research, Planning & Monitoring
- Develop strategic plans and performance systems
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Support decision-making processes
Compliance & Efficiency
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accountability standards
Coordination & Reporting
- Work with internal departments
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Provide data-driven insights
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting ability
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Banking or related sector experience is an advantage
