The bank was founded by 11 visionary individuals, including veteran bankers, investors, and academicians committed to addressing Ethiopia’s housing finance challenges.
The bank was established to help solve major housing issues in the country, including the housing backlog, rising construction costs, inflation, and limited housing financing options. Goh Betoch Bank aims to provide innovative mortgage and banking services that contribute to economic growth and improved living standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of BA Degree in:

- Banking & Finance
- Business Administration
- Any other business-related field
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operations
