JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Customer Service Representative
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any field of study.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Other Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage a high workload, and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality customer service.
- Proficient in English with a professional and positive attitude.
Additional Qualifications (Plus, but Not Mandatory):
Consultative sales skills: Ability to engage clients with a solution-oriented approach.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with CRM systems and other digital tools.
Experience in a Call Center Environment: Previous exposure to handling inbound/outbound calls.
Customer Service Experience: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
