Available Positions
1. BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Certificate in BIM Management
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate BIM processes to ensure project quality and specifications
- Work closely with BIM technicians (AR Revit, ST Revit, MEP Revit)
- Support technical drawings and modeling workflows
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2. Quality Assurance Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC in construction or real estate, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Ethiopian building codes and international standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- QA/QC or ISO 9001 certification is an advantage
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Architect
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Professional license/registration with the Association of Ethiopian Architects (AEA) or eligibility for registration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in real estate or large-scale mixed-use projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
