Available Positions
1. Engineer (Trainee)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, Infrastructure & Technology Management, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum CGPA: 2.75
Experience:
- 0–1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software
- Understanding of construction methods and materials
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and cost estimation

2. Field Sales Consultant – Real Estate
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- Minimum CGPA: 3.5
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to close sales deals effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Professional appearance and conduct
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and property sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
