Position: Field Sales Consultant (Real Estate)
Gift Real Estate is seeking motivated and professional candidates to join its sales team as Field Sales Consultants. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s real estate properties through direct client engagement, property presentations, and sales negotiations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, organizing site visits, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Marketing
Business Administration
Management
Economics
Or related field
Minimum CGPA requirement: 3.5
Experience Requirements
0–1 year of experience in sales
Experience in real estate or property sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to effectively close sales deals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented work approach
Professional appearance and conduct
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Key Responsibilities

Client relationship management and customer follow-up
Property presentations and property site visits
Sales documentation and reporting
Market research and gathering real estate market intelligence
