Position 1: Junior IT Support Technician
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience Level: 0–2 Years (internships or part-time roles acceptable)
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Provide technical support and assist users in resolving issues
- Install and configure computer systems and IT equipment
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Position 2: HR Data Encoder
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Data Encoder, or in a similar support role
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee databases (preferred)
- Maintain and accurately encode employee data and documents
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Assist in document filing, record keeping, and admin support to HR teams
