Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Accountant Intern to support our finance team in day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to launch a career in accounting and finance within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing financial documents and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare basic financial reports under supervision
- Reconcile transactions and support month-end closing activities
- Assist with internal audits and data entry
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- 0–1 year of experience (internships or volunteer roles considered an advantage)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data
