Open Positions
Position 1: Security Guard
Location: ILRI Campus, Gurd Shola, Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: 10th grade (new curriculum) or 12th grade (old curriculum)
- Good command of both English and Amharic
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recognized organization, either in the security sector or police force
- Valid discharge certificate required
- Physically fit and disciplined
- Strong sense of responsibility and vigilance
Position 2: Shift Leader
Location: ILRI Campus, Gurd Shola, Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: 12th grade or above
- At least 3 years of experience in security supervision
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage shifts and enforce protocols
- Previous experience in organizing teams and reporting incidents is highly preferred
